Six years ago I wrote my first plugin at Tech Mahindra, debugging a Waste Management System at 2 AM. Today I lead D365 development at Eureka Forbes, where my team architected what Microsoft itself calls the largest and most customized D365 implementation in Asia‑Pacific — unifying Sales, Marketing and Field Service for the Aquaguard brand across B2B and B2C journeys.
Between then and now, I migrated 1 million users from Salesforce to D365 at Marsh McLennan, shipped Power Platform and PCF solutions at Cambay, and freelanced through every late night in between. I write plugins in C#, build PCF controls in React, choreograph Azure Functions and Logic Apps, and pair it all with the kind of cross‑functional leadership that ships things on time.
